Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy with 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience for a fully remote, full-time role. You will design proactive sourcing strategies, manage interview scheduling, and lead selective full-cycle recruitment for key positions using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.

The ideal candidate will build diverse pipelines, partner with internal hiring managers, ensure data integrity in the ATS, and champion diversity,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience with proactive sourcing.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong organizational and calendar management.
• Excellent written communication for outreach.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Experience with Greenhouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing with Boolean logic, X-ray searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across hiring teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and maintain candidate journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on profiles and market intel.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS and generate reports.
