Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy for a remote, full-time role to drive sourcing, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment for key positions. • 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent organizational, calendar management, and multi‑stage interview coordination skills.
• Strong written communication and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methodologies to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Manage end‑to‑end interview scheduling and logistics coordination across hiring teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for priority requisitions from intake to offers.
• Proactively build long‑term, inclusive candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, market intel, and interview practices.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and pipeline metrics in the ATS.
