Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy with 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience to drive talent discovery, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment efforts in a remote capacity. You will design proactive sourcing strategies, manage interview scheduling across teams, and lead full-cycle recruitment for priority roles.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition and proactive sourcing experience.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search.
• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methodologies to identify top passive candidates, including Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions from intake to offers.
• Build and nurture long-term inclusive candidate pools for growth.
• Consult with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and market intelligence.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and ATS reporting within the system.
