Job summary

Per Scholas in the United States seeks a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy (remote) with 2–5 years of talent acquisition to drive talent discovery, coordination, and selective recruitment. You will design proactive sourcing strategies and manage interview scheduling across teams to deliver diverse, high-quality hires.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for priority roles, build long-term pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to align market insights with hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience with proactive sourcing and pipeline development.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search to engage passive talent.
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills for multi-stage interviews.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach and messaging to candidates.
• Commitment to DEI principles across all stages of recruitment.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methods to identify passive candidates for technical and nonprofit roles (50%).
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams (25%).
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions—from intake to offers (25%).
• Develop long-term diverse candidate pools to support expansion and hiring goals.
• Partner with hiring managers on profiles, market intel, and interview best practices.
