Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to attract top talent for our engineering and federal programs. This full-life cycle role partners with recruiters and hiring managers, sourcing candidates across markets, and engaging passive candidates to build strong pipelines.

Based in the United States, the sourcing team operates remotely with core East Coast hours. You will leverage tools in our ATS/CRM, drive candidate engagement, and support critical bids and key personnel

Qualificações

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience and a Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates with measured success metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, sourcing metrics).

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring leaders to shape sourcing strategy and scale.
• Engage passive candidates to build and manage pipelines.
• Support key program bids including personnel sourcing and bid staffing.
• Leverage ATS/CRM tools and technology in a fast-paced environment.
