Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to attract top talent and partner with recruiters and hiring managers. This role supports full lifecycle sourcing, from market research to submitting qualified candidates, and works within a remote telework setup on core east coast hours.

You will engage candidates on calls, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with business groups to meet staffing needs for federal and aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• US citizenship is required for this role.
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates with a measured track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage talent from all data sources, including external market sources and internal CRM/ATS systems.
• Own full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants ready to apply.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy and engage in competitor intelligence.
• Utilize ATS/CRM and market-facing tools to manage pipelines and candidate relationships.
• Engage candidates by phone to communicate value of Amentum opportunities and build passive candidate pipelines.
• Support key program bids including personnel sourcing and bid support for a federal services domain.
