Job summary

Amentum is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and source, screen, and submit qualified candidates. This remote, full-time role supports core east coast hours and involves active engagement with passive candidates and strategic sourcing at scale.

You will work across data sources, CRM/ATS, and upcoming tools to build a robust talent pipeline for multiple business groups in a federal services domain.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience and a Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates with measurable success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent from all data sources, including open market and internal CRM/ATS.
• Full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants completing the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy and perform intelligence gathering.
• Utilize sourcing tools in our technology stack including ATS/CRM and market-facing tools.
• Engage candidates via phone to convey value of Amentum opportunities and manage pipelines.
• Support critical openings and program bids including key personnel sourcing and bid support.
• Leverage technology and automation to scale sourcing and stay ahead of competitors.
