Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer who is passionate about hunting and attracting top talent to make an impact. This remote, full-time role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, source, screen, and submit qualified candidates.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with automation tools, contribute to bid support for major programs, and help build talent pipelines across our four Business Groups while supporting core East Coast hours.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands‑on recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates against those needs with a measured track record of success including time to fill, pipeline conversion, pipeline health, and sourcing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent at all levels from all data sources, including sourcing externally in the open market and in our CRM/ATS.
• Full lifecycle sourcing from research and profile enrichment to qualified applicants completing the application process.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to qualify and consult on hiring strategy and scale sourcing.
• Utilize top-tier tools in our technology stack including a sourcing-friendly ATS/CRM and market-facing sourcing tools.
• Phone engagement to communicate the value of Amentum opportunities and build relationships with passive candidates.
• Support critical open positions and key program bids including personnel sourcing and bid support, assisting the recruiting delivery team.
• Embrace technology and automation to source at scale and stay ahead of competitors.
