Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, source candidates, screen, and submit qualified applicants. The role supports our remote sourcing team with core East Coast hours and involves engagement with passive candidates and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience and a Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates against those needs with a measured track record of success including time to fill, pipeline conversion, pipeline health, and sourcing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent at all levels from external markets and internal CRM, ATS, and talent management systems.
• Owns full lifecycle sourcing from research and profile enrichment to qualified applicants completing the application process.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to qualify and consult on hiring strategy and scale sourcing.
• Work with a modern tech stack including a sourcing-friendly ATS and CRM to manage pipelines.
