Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, source, screen, and submit qualified candidates. This remote role supports core East Coast hours and emphasizes technology-driven sourcing in a fast-paced federal services domain.

You will engage passive talent, build pipelines, and support bids and critical roles as part of a growing sourcing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience; bachelor's degree or 4 extra years of related experience.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates from open market and CRM/ATS data sources.
• Full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants.
• Consult on hiring strategy and scale sourcing with leaders.
• Utilize the sourcing tech stack and tools provided.
• Engage candidates directly to communicate value of Amentum opportunities and manage pipelines.
• Support critical positions and program bids, acting as talent consultants for business groups.
