Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to attract top engineering and technical talent. This remote, full-time role supports core East Coast hours and collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to qualify candidates.

You will source, screen, and submit qualified candidates, partner with business leaders to shape strategy, and leverage a modern ATS/CRM to manage pipelines across multiple programs and bids. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience, with a Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools/technology and metrics.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent from multiple data sources, including open market and CRM/ATS systems.
• Owns full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants.
• Partner with hiring leaders to shape sourcing strategy at scale and gather competitive intelligence.
• Utilizes sourcing tools in a modern technology stack to build pipelines.
• Engage candidates directly to communicate the value of Amentum opportunities and manage pipelines.
• Support critical open positions and bids, contributing to the recruiting delivery for multiple business groups.
