Job summary
Amentum is a global leader in advanced engineering and innovative technology solutions seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. You will hunt and attract top talent, source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for roles across the federal services domain.
The role is remotely based, full-time, supporting core east coast hours. You’ll engage candidates by phone, help shape sourcing strategy at scale, and work with four Business Groups to outpace competitors through automation and thoughtful
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruiting/sourcing, plus a Bachelor's degree; or 7+ years with no degree.
- Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
- US citizenship required.
- Experience qualifying needs and candidates with measurable metrics.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates from open market and internal systems.
- Partner with hiring leaders to shape sourcing strategy.
- Manage pipelines and candidate engagement by phone.
- Support critical open positions and key program bids.
- Leverage automation to scale sourcing.
