Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent across roles, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and deliver qualified candidates. This remote, full-time role supports core east coast hours and leverages a growing technology stack to source at scale.

You’ll engage candidates directly, build strong pipelines, and contribute to program bids while supporting our four business groups in a fast-paced, federal services

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience; Bachelor’s Degree (an additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree).
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying needs and candidates with metrics-driven results.

Responsibilities

• Engage talent from multiple data sources, including open market and CRM/ATS.
• Manage full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy at scale.
• Utilize sourcing tools in a modern tech stack to engage candidates and manage pipelines.
• Actively source for critical roles and support bids in federal contracts.
