Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer that is passionate about hunting and attracting top talent. This remote role supports core east coast hours and partners with recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates.

The successful candidate will engage talent from open markets and our CRM/ATS, build relationships with passive candidates, and actively manage pipelines to fill critical roles across our four Business Groups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting/sourcing; Bachelor's degree; more experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying needs and candidates with measurable metrics.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage talent from data sources, including open market, CRM, ATS, and talent-management systems.
• Own full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants completing the application process.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy and gather competitive intelligence.
• Use top-tier ATS/CRM tools and market-facing sourcing tools in the technology stack.
• Engage candidates by phone to communicate value and manage pipelines.
• Support critical openings and program bids, including key personnel sourcing for business groups.
