Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and submit qualified candidates. This remote, full-time role supports east coast hours and involves full lifecycle sourcing, candidate engagement, and strategic sourcing across multiple business groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates against those needs with a measured track record of success including time to fill, pipeline conversion, pipeline health, and sourcing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Engage talent at all levels from data sources including external markets and internal CRM/ATS.
• Own full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants.
• Consult with hiring leaders to shape sourcing strategy at scale and provide competitor intelligence.
• Use ATS/CRM and market-facing tools to manage pipelines and messaging.
• Support key program bids and critical role sourcing for multiple business groups.
• Leverage technology and automation to source at scale and outpace competitors.
