Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer that is passionate about hunting and attracting top talent to impact our organization. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, source, screen, and submit qualified candidates.

This remote, full‑time role supports core east coast hours, with responsibility for full lifecycle sourcing, building talent pipelines, and engaging candidates by phone.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience and a Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.

Responsabilités

• Engage talent at all levels from all data sources including external market and CRM/ATS data.
• Full lifecycle sourcing from research, profile enrichment, and data management to qualified applicants.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy and engage in competitor intelligence gathering.
• Use sourcing tools, ATS/CRM, and pipeline management to engage candidates by phone and build relationships.
• Support open positions and key bids, including key personnel sourcing and bid support across four Business Groups.
• Leverage technology and automation to source at scale and stay ahead of competitors.
