This remote, full-time position supports core east coast hours and collaborates with multiple business groups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience; Bachelor's Degree, or 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates with measurable success metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Source and submit qualified candidates across roles in our CRM, ATS, and talent management systems.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to shape hiring strategy and scale sourcing.
• Engage passive candidates and actively manage candidate pipelines.
• Support critical open positions and key program bids including personnel sourcing and bid support.
