Job summary

The Landline Company is growing rapidly and seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles like Airport Agents and drivers. You’ll partner with station leaders, manage pipelines for new markets, and coordinate hiring events to staff launches across North America.

You’ll rely on your experience with ATS and recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring, while ensuring compliance with FAA/FMCSA rules and supporting salaried roles as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring for customer-facing hourly roles in a multi-state or multi-country environment.
• Experience supporting or running in-person hiring events, job fairs, or mass onboarding.
• Comfort operating in fast-growing, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of FAA and FMCSA hiring requirements or ability to learn quickly.
• Data-driven with a track record of using metrics to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles, including Airport Agents and drivers.
• Partner with station and Operations leaders to plan staffing for existing and new markets.
• Stay current on regional hourly labor markets and share insights with managers.
• Track and report recruiting metrics and use data to improve processes.
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and group interviews with local teams.
• Guide candidates from recruiting through onboarding and training.
• Ensure frontline hiring complies with FAA, FMCSA and state regulations.
• Work daily in ADP Workforce Now and other systems; maintain accurate records.
• Build relationships with job boards and external agencies to strengthen Landline’s employer brand.
