The Landline Company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support rapid expansion across North America. You will own high-volume frontline recruiting for roles like Airport Agents and drivers, while also supporting salaried hires and coordinating hiring events for new markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, frontline hiring focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents, drivers) from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with station/Operations leaders to understand staffing needs and build pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
