Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive high-touch candidate experiences and strong brand presence in the marketplace. You will develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and build robust talent pools to deliver top talent to internal customers.

You will partner with hiring teams to design competency-based interview guides, manage candidate flow in the ATS, and participate in campus recruitment while maintaining a strong service level with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the go-to-market sourcing strategy and execute activities across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards, direct search, social media).
• Screen candidates and build talent pools to ensure quality hires.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and provide timely updates to hiring teams.
