ExcelliSearch, Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-touch candidate experience and strong employer branding. You will develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines, screen candidates, and drive a fair interview process across functions.

You will partner with hiring teams to align on role requirements and share recruitment updates with stakeholders. The role emphasizes relationship building, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 10% while supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

Define go-to-market sourcing strategy and execute via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, direct search and social media.
Screen candidates to maintain a strong talent pool and quality of hire.
Build talent pools/pipelines and ensure a fair interview process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create competency-based interview guides.
Provide regular recruitment updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Participate in campus recruitment and brand-building events.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
Produce reports on performance metrics.
May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.
