Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-touch candidate experience and build a strong talent pipeline for our client. You will brand the company in the market and develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, and job boards to identify top talent.

You will support an effective, consistent interview process and partner with hiring teams to drive quality of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn and Indeed for recruitment and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers to learn about the role, objectives, and required competencies.
• Define go-to-market sourcing strategies and execute on LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards, direct search and social media.
• Execute diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
• Deliver high-quality candidate management via the ATS, review applications, and disposition candidates in a timely manner.
• Partner with hiring teams to create and deliver competency-based interview guides and assessments.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and collect feedback from hiring managers.
• Adhere to performance goals and standards.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and build the company brand on campus.
• Attend networking events and career fairs.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
• May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.
