Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver top talent by applying best practices and industry knowledge. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, create effective sourcing strategies, and manage the candidate lifecycle with a focus on quality of hire.

You will drive campus outreach, participate in career fairs and networking events, and ensure a consistent, fair interview process across teams while partnering with customers as a trusted talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years recruiting engineering/technical/manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Validate requisitions and discuss strategy with hiring managers.
• Define go-to-market strategy and execute sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards and social media.
• Deliver high-quality candidate management through the ATS and timely dispositioning.
• Partner with teams to create competency-based interview guides and formats.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Participate in campus recruiting and brand-building activities.
