Job summary

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-touch candidate experience and strong brand presence in the marketplace. You will design sourcing strategies, screen candidates, build talent pools, and drive a consistent interview process to ensure fair assessments.

You will learn the business quickly, influence hiring managers, and act as a trusted talent acquisition business partner to internal customers. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate requisitions with hiring managers and learn the business needs.
• Define go-to-market strategy and execute sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed and other channels.
• Execute diversity outreach and sourcing initiatives.
• Manage candidate flow in the ATS with timely dispositioning.
• Partner with teams to create competency-based interview guides.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Support campus recruitment and brand-building activities.
• Attend events and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Produce reports on performance metrics.
