Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to enhance candidate experience and brand presence while developing effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels. You will screen candidates, build talent pools, and drive consistency in the interview process to ensure fair assessments.

The role requires learning the business quickly, influencing hiring managers, and becoming a trusted TA partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy and execute sourcing activities across LinkedIn, Indeed and other channels.
• Operate high-touch candidate experience and manage candidate communications.
• Build talent pools/pipelines and drive consistency in interview processes.
• Create competency-based interview guides with hiring teams.
• Produce performance reports and recruit updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and participate in campus recruitment where needed.
