Job summary

Key People is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to ensure a high-touch candidate experience, brand the company in the marketplace, and build strong talent pools. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, conduct phone screens, and influence hiring managers across the recruitment process.

You will collaborate with teams to create competency-based interview guides, deliver timely updates, and participate in campus recruiting and events to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience utilizing recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed, Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers to intimately learn about the business and the role.
• Define go-to-market strategy and execute sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional groups, job boards, direct search and social channels.
• Execute on diversity outreach, sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Deliver high-quality candidate management through our ATS (ADP RM) including reviewing and dispositioning applications promptly.
• Partner with hiring teams on creating and delivering competency-based interview guides.
• Provide strong service delivery to hiring managers with regular recruitment updates and feedback collection.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and build the employer brand on campus.
• Attend networking events and career fairs to attract talent.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
• May participate in on-site face to face interviews.
