Job summary

The Advocates, a personal injury firm, is building a focused IT & Analytics team and seeks two Systems & Integration Engineers to work remotely during Pacific or Mountain time. You will connect cloud platforms, automate workflows, and improve data quality for reporting.

You will partner with the Director of IT & Analytics, own delivering integrations and scripts, support data pipelines, and rollout new tools while upholding security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in software development, systems integration, IT automation, or related projects.
• Comfort writing code in at least one language, and reading it in a few others
• Experience with APIs and understanding API pitfalls
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to investigate discrepancies
• Knack for seeing how systems connect and the impact on dependent platforms
• Able to write clearly and be familiar with IT documentation

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms using low-code/no-code tools and API work
• Write and maintain scripts for routine processes like account setup and reports
• Support data pipelines for reporting; monitor and troubleshoot and trace issues
• Roll out new software across the organization from configuration to handoff to support
• Support security and compliance initiatives and document safeguards
• Document work clearly so others can pick it up
