Qualifications

• Experience in legal or professional services IT ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and deliver solutions.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relational database design and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead data investigation to assess current client systems and risks.
• Conduct data mapping sessions aligning source to target models.
• Design, develop, and test ETL processes for bulk data loads.
• Build and validate data synchronization routines post-deployment.
• Review on-premises and cloud infrastructure configurations for optimization.
• Develop SSRS reports to surface key data insights.
• Oversee testing cycles including data validation and integration testing.
• Participate in vendor sessions to stay current on product developments.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and next steps in client meetings.
• Support scoping, solution design, and effort estimation for engagements.
