Job summary

Swans is seeking a tech-enabled consultant to design, build, and deploy end-to-end systems for US law firms. You’ll own 1–4 client engagements at a time, delivering CRM, case management, analytics, automation, and AI solutions that unlock growth.

Qualifications

• Client-ready communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Builder mentality with attention to design, testing, and deployment of systems.
• Proven experience deploying/configuring CRMs, PM systems, analytics dashboards, automation tools, and AI apps.
• Ownership mentality with autonomy and minimal micromanagement.
• Curiosity to learn new tools quickly and adapt approaches as needed.
• Professional English fluency for advising US-based law firms; B2 level minimum.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on system design and implementation across CRM, PM, analytics, automation, and AI.
• Perform operational analysis, consulting, and client interaction.
• Gather requirements, present to clients, train teams, and drive adoption of deployed solutions.
• Own 1–4 client engagements at a time, with 6+ months per engagement, end-to-end responsibility.
• Collaborate with a senior consultant and leverage a knowledge base of past projects.
