Job summary

Triton Claim Management is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain internal applications, data infrastructure, system integrations, and reporting solutions that support business operations. The Software Engineer will work closely with operational and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions, improve data accessibility, and drive innovation through automation and AI-enabled tools.

This is a full-time, remote or hybrid position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field OR 2–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
Advanced SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Experience in Windows Server environments.
Experience with ETL pipelines, data warehousing, or BI solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications using C#/.NET.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, reporting pipelines, and data architecture.
Build and support integrations with claims platforms including FileHandler (JW Software) and Trackops.
Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and integrations.
Develop ETL processes and data warehousing.
Create and maintain BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and integration issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Research, implement, and support AI/ML tools to enhance workflows and BI.
Document processes and configurations; participate in testing and deployment.
Contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
