Job summary

Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Systems Analyst II to drive analysis across business processes and system implementations. You will collaborate with IT and business partners to document requirements, analyze processes, and support data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes Agile delivery, SQL data work, and automation opportunities. The position supports hybrids and telecommuting within the enterprise, offering opportunities to improve operational efficiency and partner with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two (2) years of business systems analysis experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Represent the business within an Agile delivery team and liaise with IT for new system implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with partners to capture requirements as epics, features, user stories, use cases, and UI specifications.
Apply cost-benefit analysis to evaluate solution options and guide decisions.
Analyze current and future business processes to identify pain points and opportunities for efficiency.
Use data sources to analyze, validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis.
Support development of low-code and automation solutions to reduce manual work.
