Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of business systems analysis experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team; develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison between business and IT for new system implementations and ongoing maintenance.
• Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, use cases, and business rules.
• Apply cost-benefit analysis to evaluate solution options and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Premera systems and processes within the domain.
• Analyze and document current and future-state processes to identify pain points and opportunities for automation.
