Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two (2) years of business systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Represent the business within an Agile delivery team and liaise between business and IT for system implementations and maintenance.
- Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, and business rules.
- Apply cost-benefit analysis to evaluate solution options for decision-making.
- Develop knowledge of Premera systems and processes within the domain.
- Support data analysis, validation, and root-cause analysis to improve solutions.
- Assist with test planning, execution, and UAT guidance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through technology.
