Job summary

Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Systems Analyst II to analyze business functions and processes, collaborate with IT and business partners, and recommend cost-effective solutions. You will support testing, UAT, and the development of automation to reduce manual work.

You will work telecommuter and contribute to cross-functional teams, using SQL, Power BI, and low-code tools to improve workflows and system integrations across healthcare domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Two (2) years of business systems analysis experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business in an Agile delivery team and liaise between business and IT.
• Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, and UI specs.
• Perform data analysis and support root-cause analysis and testing activities.
• Support low-code and automation solutions to reduce manual work and improve processes.
