Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Systems Analyst II to analyze business processes, collaborate with IT and business partners, and recommend automation and data-driven solutions. This telecommuter role focuses on delivering value within an Agile team, documenting requirements, and supporting testing and UAT.

The candidate will apply cost-benefit analysis, maintain knowledge of Premera systems, and help drive continuous improvement across business processes and technology solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or related field.
• Two years of business systems analysis experience including requirements gathering and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices (Scrum/SAFe).
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team and liaise between business and IT for new system implementations.
• Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, and business rules.
• Perform data analysis, validate requirements, and support root-cause analysis.
• Support development of low-code and automation solutions to reduce manual work.
• Assist with UAT and testing activities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and technology.
