Job summary
Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Systems Analyst II to analyze business functions and collaborate with IT and business partners on system implementations and improvements. You will help design solutions, map data requirements, and support automation initiatives to reduce manual work while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction across healthcare domains.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of business systems analysis experience with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between business and IT for new system implementations and enhancements.
- Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, and business rules.
- Analyze current and future-state business processes to identify pain points and opportunities for automation.
- Support data analysis, testing, and UAT activities.
- Contribute to backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through technology solutions.
