Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Systems Analyst II to analyze business processes and collaborate with IT partners on system implementations and enhancements. This Telecommuter role leverages automation to reduce manual efforts and improve efficiency within the health insurance domain.

The position requires strong requirements gathering, Agile experience, and data analysis skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business improvements while supporting test activities and stakeholder

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Two years of business systems analysis experience with cross‑functional collaboration
• Experience in Agile delivery, Scrum/SAFe, and data analysis with SQL

Responsabilidades

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team; liaise with stakeholders and IT for new system implementations and maintenance
• Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, use cases, and UI specifications
• Perform data analysis, validate requirements, troubleshoot, and support root cause analysis
• Support test planning and UAT; assist with test scripts and scenarios
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and backlogs prioritization
