Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of business systems analysis experience.
- Experience in Agile delivery practices (Scrum/SAFe).
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, or reporting.
Responsibilities
- Represent the business within an Agile delivery team and liaise with IT for system implementations.
- Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, and business rules.
- Perform data analysis, validate requirements, and support root cause analysis.
- Support low-code and automation solutions to reduce manual work.
- Assist with UAT and test case development.
