Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of business systems analysis experience.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience with SQL for data analysis.
- Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance processes.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Represent business within an Agile delivery team.
- Document requirements: epics, features, user stories, use cases, and business rules.
- Apply cost-benefit analysis to evaluate options.
- Develop knowledge of Premera systems and processes.
- Document current and future-state processes for efficiency gains.
- Support low-code and automation solutions to reduce manual work.
- Assist with test scenarios and UAT, and support backlog planning.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with the delivery team.
