Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business and IT for new system implementations and enhancements.
• Document requirements: epics, features, user stories, use cases, and business rules.
• Analyze business processes to identify pain points and opportunities for automation.
• Support data analysis, testing, and UAT activities with guidance from the team.
• Contribute to backlog priorities and sprint planning.
