Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of business systems analysis experience.
• Experience documenting requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team and liaise between business and IT.
• Document requirements as Epics, features, user stories, and UI specs.
• Perform data analysis and validate requirements with data sources.
• Support test planning, test case creation, and UAT activities.
• Identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
