Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Two (2) years of business systems analysis experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices (Scrum/SAFe).
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, data validation, troubleshooting, or reporting.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Confluence, and Product Plan.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team; build relationships with stakeholders and bridge business and IT for new system implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate to identify, refine, and document requirements as epics, features, user stories, and business rules.
• Apply cost-benefit analysis to evaluate solution options and support decisions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Premera systems, applications, and processes in the domain.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify pain points and improve efficiency with technology.
