Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of business systems analysis experience with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices (Scrum/SAFe), SQL data analysis, and healthcare industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team; build relationships with stakeholders and act as liaison between business and IT for new system implementations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with partners to document requirements as epics, features, user stories, use cases, requirements, UI specs, and business rules.
• Apply cost-benefit and process analysis to evaluate solution options and support decisions.
• Develop knowledge of Premera systems and processes within the domain.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify pain points and opportunities for efficiency through tech solutions.
• Use data sources to perform analysis, validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
• Support development of low-code and automation solutions to reduce manual work.
• Support testing activities and assist with UAT and test script creation.
• Provide input on backlog priorities and sprint planning.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with the delivery team.
