Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years of business systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in a software development environment with Agile practices (Scrum/SAFe).
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, data validation, troubleshooting, or reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance industry processes and systems.
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Confluence, Product Plan.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team and liaise between business and IT for system implementations and maintenance.
• Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, use cases, and business rules.
• Apply cost-benefit analysis to evaluate solution options and support decision-making.
• Develop knowledge of Premera systems and processes within the domain.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies through technology solutions.
• Support data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Assist with data mapping, testing, UAT, and backlog planning.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
