Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of business systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in a software development environment using Agile (Scrum/SAFe).
• SQL knowledge for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, or reporting.
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team and liaise with business and IT for new system implementations and maintenance.
• Collaborate to identify, refine, and document requirements as epics, features, user stories, use cases, and business rules.
• Apply cost-benefit analysis to evaluate solution options for business decisions.
• Develop knowledge of Premera systems and business processes in the domain.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify pain points and opportunities for efficiency.
• Use data sources to analyze, validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations.
• Support low-code and automation initiatives to reduce manual work.
• Assist with test planning and execution, and support UAT.
• Contribute to backlog priority discussions and sprint planning.
