Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Systems Analyst II to analyze business functions and design solutions within a telecommuter role. You will collaborate with business and IT teams, document requirements, and support testing and data analysis to enable automation and reduce manual work.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of business systems analysis experience, plus knowledge of Agile practices and SQL data analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years of business systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team and liaise between business and IT for system implementations and maintenance.
• Document requirements in epics, features, user stories, use cases, and business rules.
• Apply cost-benefit analysis to evaluate solution options and support decision-making.
• Develop knowledge of Premera systems and business processes within the domain.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify pain points and opportunities for efficiency through technology.
