ScriptPro seeks a System Migration Analyst to support remote installation and configuration for its automation software across customer environments. You will collaborate with Field Ops, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as with teams. Remote work is primary with occasional on-site needs and CST hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or up to 3 years equivalent work experience in Business or Information Technology.
• Experience with deploying OVA files, VMs, and VMware environments.
• Proficient in MS Windows operating systems.
• Experience with LAN2LAN, modem, EDI, SFTP, SQL and systems security.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize, multi-task, and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Follow remote installation and upgrade procedures for scheduled projects.
• Coordinate with onsite technicians and internal resources to complete projects.
• Test systems and assist with troubleshooting to ensure successful project completion.
• Prepare for projects by reviewing procedures, timelines, and readiness.
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of upcoming and ongoing projects.
• Suggest updates to procedures based on feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
