Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to respond to inbound customer service calls with remote problem resolution and professional service. The role includes opening service requests in a ticketing system and escalating inquiries as needed.

Remote work from home is the norm, with a mandatory 3-week training at our Mission, KS headquarters. The role reports to the Supervisor, Technical Support and requires a background in engineering/tech, Windows OS knowledge, strong communication,

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree in engineering/tech or a Bachelor’s degree or two years of related experience.
• Basic Windows OS knowledge (XP/7/10/11) and desktop hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask with priorities.
• Eligible to travel by air if located outside the area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ScriptPro systems and peripherals.
• Maintain and upgrade software, provide hardware support.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and groups.
• Stay current with ScriptPro systems and assist with projects.
