Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a System Migration Analyst for remote installation and configuration support across our robotics and software products used in pharmacy settings across the United States and Canada.

You will join the Field Operations System Implementation (FOSI) team, collaborating with internal departments and onsite technicians to execute projects, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or up to 3 years equivalent work experience in Business or IT.
Experience deploying OVA files, VMs, and VMware environments.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and common business apps.

Responsibilities

Follow remote installation and upgrade procedures for scheduled projects.
Coordinate with onsite technicians and internal teams to complete projects.
Test system functionality and assist with troubleshooting before project completion.
Assist with system troubleshooting and issue resolution when needed.
Prepare for projects by reviewing procedures and timelines; confirm system readiness.
Provide project status updates to stakeholders and ensure timely completion.
