Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a System Migration Analyst to provide remote installation and configuration support for our automation and software products. Working within the Field Operations System Implementation team, you will collaborate with internal departments and onsite technicians to execute projects, test systems, and troubleshoot issues.

The role reports to Supervisor, System Migration and includes a Saturday–Tuesday 3:00 pm–2:00 am CST shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT or up to 3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience deploying OVA files, VMs, and VMware environments.
• Proficiency with MS Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with LAN2LAN, modem, EDI, SFTP, SQL and systems security.
• Analytically minded with strong attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a team setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow remote installation/upgrade procedures for scheduled projects.
• Coordinate with onsite ScriptPro or Customer Technicians and internal resources.
• Assist with system testing and troubleshooting prior to project completion.
• Support onsite and internal resources with system troubleshooting when needed.
• Prepare for projects by reviewing procedures, timelines, and readiness.
• Communicate project status and completion notifications to stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of upcoming projects and readiness.
• Provide feedback to management for procedure updates.
